Hi! My name’s Kerra — I’m a 22-year-old muralist and full-time artist, former USF student now studying nursing at City College of San Francisco. I’m looking for fun, chill roommates around my age (male or female). No pets, please.
Amazing location: 1 block from Divisadero, close to Golden Gate Park, near Muni 24, 31, and 38 for transit to SFSU
Super cute Victorian with big bright windows and tons of character
Fully furnished living + dining room
Kitchen stocked with pots, pans, and knives

Large basement great for storage, an art studio, or tinkering space

Utilities average: ~$30 PG&E + $20 Wi-Fi
Rent :$1,500 each for 3 roommates If we find a 4th roommate, rent drops to $1,300 each

Note: the wardrobes are the only bedroom furniture in the photos that is included. We do have a different, twin mattress and frame for you if you need it.
