Looking for a female renter (student or professional) for a fully furnished room (full-sized bed, dresser, desk, etc.) with a private bathroom in our beautiful 4 bedroom home. The house is in the very safe and quiet gated community of Vallecitos Ridge located 10 minutes by car from CSUSM (or 20 minutes by public transport via NCTD Sprinter light rail or 305/347 Breeze bus). Amenities include: laundry in unit, access to the kitchen for light cooking (pots/pans, utensils, and dishware provided), and personal space in the shared pantry and refrigerator. We are looking for a clean, trustworthy, respectful, and responsible individual. No drugs, pets, smoking, excessive drinking, or partying on the property. No overnight guests or male visitors. Long term lease preferred but open to short-term (under 4 months) arrangements at a different rate. Price may vary depending on tenant requirements.
